AILRSA coin out the correct & genuine demands of workers and chalk out programs to highlight & represent before the management and find out a solution by mobilizing members to agitate. We are trying to educate the members of the organisation about the rules for safe working of trains, prevent the exploitation by management with regards to statutory working hours, out station detention and Stop the unsafe and shortcut methods.
